This product has made my gums feel wonderful. My whole mouth does not hurt like it used to when brushing or flossing. The taste of the irrigant is very strong and will smell up your whole bathroom. The pockets in my mouth have not improved. I am scheduled for LANAP surgery next month. This product would be effective if you have sensitive gums but not deep pockets.Works great for gum problems.
