I ordered these gloves because I used to wear Gore-Tex gloves in the military and they really keep my hands warmth. I these are better gloves, they came in today so I used them shovel snow in 11 degree temp with high winds. I did not feel the cold or wind on my hands at all. I have to admit that when you put the inserts on with the outer glove the fit is a little tight but I think that's just a break-in period. I have large hands and I have long fingers so I ordered the XL because I wear a size 8 in women's glove. Thought about getting the men's size gloves but there was no need I will be ordering a second pair in a different color. FYI- the outer glove is touch screen sensitive but the liner are not touch screen sensitive. I may buy a second pair if the price come down a bit.my wife has extremely poor circulation so i was looking for a quality pair of gloves for her to use when snowboarding. the quality of the gloves is great and they kept her hands warm on the mountain all day in 10 degree temp without the inner liners. will see how they hold up over time but so far they are well worth the money. The inner lining gloves are great to wear separate for normal winter days, and I love the touch sensitive material for using my phone and car touch screen. The gortex gloves are great with keeping my hands toasty warm. Work the liner gloves plus the gortex gloves the fit is slightly small but without the liner the gloves fit fine. With both gloves together the fit is just snug but I am able to move my hands well for winter snow storms and shovel, drive, etc...Fits as expected. The Gore-Tex layer makes these a little thicker than the burton Profile gloves. Nice included liner. Hot hands hand warmers fit perfectly into the zipper vent area on the back of the hand. Love the Velcro on these gloves so much easier to use than Burtons convoluted cord-pulley tightening system they have on a lot of their gloves including a version of this same glove.I had burton profile gloves that ripped after about eight uses snowboarding. I am hopeful these do better; I have used them once so far.I have Reynauds disease. Not deadly, but your blood vessels/capillaries in your feet and fingers shrink at the first sign of cold, causing your feet and hands to go numb VERY EASILY. it SUCKS. It is NOT FUN being in the snow when this happens. These gloves were the FIRST for this NOT to happen! My hands were warm. I was so happy. They finally starting going a little numb after an hour or two but it was only one or two fingers.Unfortunately, I bought the size that was recommended for my wife's hand measurement. They are far too big. I'm not sure if the measurement was off or the gloves sizing is off. It's a shame because they appear to be quality gloves. For warmth, these gloves were awesome in the snow! They are a little cumbersome to put on, with the added liner, but I'm glad to have the liner as an extra layer of warmth. My only complaint is that I have long fingers, and I felt like the gloves didn't fit that part of my hand well. I'd still definitely recommend these to anyone who has trouble with poor circulation or numb hands in the snow!I ski HARD. I went through a bunch of gloves, and only Burton keeps my hands warm and dry. I go through at least a pair a year and this style of gloves has never let me down.I'd been looking at these in store last spring but they didn't have my size so I thought I'd buy them online whenever I'd see that they have my size. -40s Celsius are frequent in winter where I live so warm gloves are a MUST. When I ordered them, I received the wrong color, and the wrong size (one size up). I could only get a refund, and not an exchange, so I decided not to bother returning them. I needed gloves, and they weren't as pricy on Amazon as they were in the local store.I give it to them, the gloves and liners are VERY warm. The only problem is that the liners are so big they barely even fit inside the glove. If I had Small or X-Small liners with Small or Medium gloves, it would be perfect but they already pretty expensive.Great snowboarding on the mountain. Kept hands dry and warm
